In this diverse land we call home, nine-banded armadillos (our namesake) roam freely along bright wildflowers, through dusty deserts, and across cool watering holes—everywhere under the hot Texas sun. We infuse a bit of this wild and wonderful terrain into each of our whiskeys, which come to us at cask strength from a renowned distillery in Lawrenceburg. To create the 90-proof bourbons, we blend in limestone-filtered water from an old, nearby spring. And we like to think all our whiskeys, left to rest for a time in the tranquil Texas Hill Country, are infused with a natural, relaxed spirit. The result is a smooth yet naturally rugged finish that’ll suit ya just fine no matter the occasion.
