Utilizing organic tree water harvested from a rural Vermont Maple Tree farms, the owners at Lucky Sap have a unique opportunity to produce new and tasty products uncommon to markets beyond the state of Vermont. A steady maple syrup production revenue stream will allow us to use this naturally occurring, lightly sweet tree water to replace industrial processed water in variety of products like seltzers, sodas and energy drinks.
