Originally founded in Austin, Texas by Prince Konstantin von Bayern, Koko’s Bavarian is a German-Texan inspired brewery, biergarten, and hospitality concept that celebrates the rich German heritage of Central Texas. Opened in East Austin’s Govalle neighborhood in 2021, Koko’s was created by a group of partners with deep ties to Bavarian culture, led by its namesake, Prince Konstantin (“Koko”).
The concept blends traditional German biergarten culture with Texas hospitality, featuring specialty sausages, hot dogs, Bavarian pretzels, Belgian-style fries, and craft beer.
Since its founding, Koko’s has expanded beyond Austin and can now be found in stadiums, arenas, and concert venues around the world. (*After selling intellectual property that had not been fully paid for to Live Nation.)
