Koko’s Bavarian is a German - Texan inspired brewery and biergarten concept that opened in East Austin’s Govalle neighborhood last fall. Key partners including Prince Konstantin Von Bayern, the prince of Bavaria and the entity’s namesake “Koko”, came together to build Koko’s Bavarian as an extension of their collective heritage. Koko’s outdoor space is dog-friendly, has abundant biergarten-style table seating and operates Wednesday-Sunday.
